Frequently asked questions.

What time do you deliver and pick up rentals?
If possible, we like to deliver demo skis between 5:00pm and 8:30pm the night before they
will be skied, and then pick them up between 5:00pm and 8:30pm on the last day of the
contract.

Can I pick up and return the rentals, rather than have them delivered?   
You may pick up the skis in Park City or Salt Lake City, and save the $20 delivery/pick-up
fee.
 

How can I make a reservation?
You can reserve your specialty powder skis either by calling us, or by sending us an
e-mail.

What happens if the skis are damaged or stolen while I am renting
them?
Our contract contains an optional DAMAGE INSURANCE clause which allows you to
purchase insurance that covers breakage & damage from normal skiing use.  Repair
costs from apparent abuse (as determined by us) & lost or stolen gear will be charged at
the published retail rate to the renter.  The DAMAGE INSURANCE is offered at the rate of
$6.99/day.

Can I rent boots from you?
No.  We do not rent boots.  Usually, the people interested in renting these skis have their
own boots.

What if I experience a problem with the rented equipment?
Our skis are examined, tuned and serviced before every rental.  It is highly unlikely that
you will experience any difficulties.  However, if you do, we recommend that you contact
the ski repair shop at the mountain where you are skiing for repairs.  

How can I pay for the rental equipment?
We accept cash with a major credit card, as well as AMEX, MasterCard and VISA
