Our Specialty Skis
PM Gear The "BRO" Model
The BRO 195: There is no comparison. No other free ski comes close to the race course bred
pedigree of this sleek beast. The 121-91-111 sidecut on this 195 crushes everything in its wake, with
enough girth and power underfoot to destroy crud like it doesn’t exist, while still holding enough
surface area to float you on the deepest pow day. It’s the groomer killer with a penchant for
performing everywhere and anywhere, at speeds from 10 to 90 mph.
The BRO 186 Lhasa Pow: PM Gear’s new Lhasa Pow takes rocker to the next level, perhaps toning
it down a bit, making every condition on the mountain a piece of cake and every run a slice of
heaven. The Lhasa Pow is a major player in the progression of ski design and rockered tips. We
built this ski with 2mm of positive camber and a GS sidecut on a 140-112-122 dimension for insanely
enhanced all terrain transcendence. The Lhasa Pow has created a new category for performance
skis.
The BRO 192: The 192 Bro Model (143-114.5-132) is the big toy for big boys (and girls, of course).
These planks have become the darling of IFSA competitors for many reasons. It’s the ski that can
do eighty miles an hour like it’s nothing. It will air sixty feet to bottomless pow and send you out of a
cloud standing tall and hauling ass. It will bite ice, trounce crud and basically kill anything that gets
in it’s way.

The BRO 164, 174,179 and 183 : We’ve upgraded construction to make our new Bros even better.
Every component in these skis is the best material available to make a lightweight
wood/carbon/glass ski. This ski is manufactured using high tech hybrid carbon fiber/fiberglass cloth
to keep the weight down and performance up. We used World Cup cores from Europe for snap and
strength and put Isosport’s ISE top sheet on the skis for a look nobody can match. This ski is
nothing but top shelf, manufactured in Europe through a partnership with AK Skis of Switzerland.
The extra thick sintered bases have 2.3 mm edges. Our new 164s, 174s, 179s and 183s have the
same 125-99-114 dimensions that skiers worldwide love so much for performance in every
condition, from ice to powder.
DPS Carbon Skis
192 Lotus 138, Flex 2 (125/140/138/139/108) is the first deeply rockered ski with minimal sidecut
underfoot. First released in 2005, it has since gone through three rocker evolutions and two flex
pattern changes. The goal has been to create ski that promotes early planing, incredible power
across the fall line, and unmatched creativity in turn shape.
190 Lotus 120, (140/120/125): Access new levels of creativity and style; slash wave features,
side-slide into airs, and generate power and style in big trips across the fall line. Unlike most powder
skis that are simply wider versions of their conventional cousins, the Lotus120¹s shaping is highly
optimized for deep snow, while carbon makes 120mm surprisingly manageable and versatile across
mixed snow conditions.
188 Wailer 105, (131/105/118) is a great everyday big mountain choice for alpine resorts, or
altneratively a powder board for shallower snow climates where more hard snow/frontside versatility
is needed by midday. Carbon fiber endows the Wailer 105 with more terrain latitude than
conventional skis at similar waist widths, and is the all-around choice if you spend 75% of your time
in soft snow.

PRAXIS Skis
POWDER BOARDS: (131-136-124) We carry 185 and 195. The Praxis Powder ski has strived to
revolutionize the powder skiing experience by utilizing full reverse sidecut. Conventional camber
has been replaced with rocker, this allows the tips and tails to sit off the surface for less chance of
catching while floating effortlessly down your favorite run. When you ski a Praxis Powder ski you
will be surfing the snow instead of pushing through it. This ski is ideal for all skiers intermediate to
expert, ski more runs with less fatigue!
THE PROTEST: (132-137-130-131-124) The Protest is different. It will handle better on trail than the
Powder Board, but it wasn't really designed to ski on trail. It is still a dedicated, off piste, powder ski
that can ski back to the lift or base with ease. The side cut and camber pattern was selected to offer
more efficient cross-fall line travel. This is important while traversing, especially if the snow is hard
(think icy High T at Alta). It is also intended to change the shape of the turn while descending to a
slightly more traditional shape. Powder Board = Slarve. Traditional skis = Carve. Protest = Sclarve.
The benefits do cross over to those boring on-piste moments. But really, at a 130mm waist, we're still
talking big-mountain vehicle here.
